Over 30 years experience

M&B Magnesium Products LTD. was founded in 1972 and manufactured a variety of products in magnesium. The weight savings of lightweight magnesium over steel and even over aluminum was a considerable benefit. Products produced by us at that time, some of them still available from us today included CONCRETE BUCKETS, DOCKBOARDS & RAMPS, ANODES, SNOWSHOVELS, BRICK HODS, DRILL RODS & TRIPODS as well as a variety of TENT FRAMES & COMPONENTS. By 1980, we had begun to manufacture many of our products in aluminum as magnesium was becoming extremely expensive. We changed our name to M&B MAG LTD. to reflect our expanded interests.

M&B MAG LTD. bought the Canadian nickel-cadmium battery assets of Gould Manufacturing in 1982. M&B MAG LTD. acquired the assets of Hov-Tec Manufacturing, Magline of Canada and "Aerometals" trademark in 2002 together with the exclusive licencing rights with the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) to manufacture metal components of the TEMS Tent System.

At M&B MAG, we are dedicated to developing and manufacturing products that help increase efficiency and improve safety. We enjoy the challenge of building to your specifications to achieve these ends. Ease of handling is a priority for us, with many of our products being made of lightweight aluminum or magnesium.

After 30 years, we continue to improve our design and engineering systems taking pride in bringing you high quality at a reasonable cost.

Highest Standards

We manufacture to the highest applicable industry standards. We are qualified to the Department of National Defence inspection standards and our cementation mineshaft buckets are manufactured to Ministry of Labour standards.

Customers Around the World

Our main markets are North and Central America, including the Caribbean and Hawaii. However, we will ship anywhere in the world and our products can be found in use in warehouses, on loading docks and construction sites worldwide. We are particularly proud of our design and manufacture of such diverse products as the steel concrete placing buckets used to build the Confederation Bridge to PEI, Canada and our magnesium components in communication satellites.
